
OVERVIEW:
This training programme is unit standard-based and aligned and is an intermediate/advanced level human resources management (HRM) and development (HRD) offering.
The programme effectively blends the theory and practice of HRM/D metrics with practical application tools, techniques, process models and frameworks and other ROI performance metrics.
At the conclusion of this programme, learners will be capacitated to master the various HRM/D metrics processes and tools and to develop a HRM Scorecard to measure the strategic and operational impact and value of the HRM function and -practices.

2 Days F2F training or 12 hours of online learning time
