As the Executive Officer of People and Culture at a multinational legal expenses insurance company and a Leadership and Performance Coach in my private practice, I focus on empowering people and organisations to align their goals, build unity, and achieve sustainable growth. By specialising in Human Capital and Organisational Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement, and Culture Alignment, I help create thriving workplaces prioritising Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), enabling everyone to flourish. I hold a BSc Hons degree and am a certified Time to Think™ facilitator, an accredited NLP and Executive Coach, and a registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA. These qualifications enable me to guide individuals, teams, and organisations through change, fostering meaningful connections and equipping them with the skills necessary to make it happen. I do this work because I am deeply committed to helping individuals enhance self-awareness and personal mastery, inspiring meaningful transformation. For teams, I identify growth opportunities, amplify strengths, and design strategies that drive collaboration and exceptional performance. This work gives me immense fulfillment as I support others in reaching their full potential.
