Having built the Insights Discovery Business in South Africa with great success, Nicole wanted to create personality assessments that embrace paradox and value human beings as unique and dynamic. Consequently, she co-founded Lumina Learning with her partner Dr Stewart Desson.

WHY NICOLE? – Nicole’s personal and professional life experience and challenges over the last 30 years has placed her in a unique position to deeply understand what it means to be human and how to emerge amidst diverse situations. These experiences give her a level of expertise and sensitivity in mental health, relationships, mind control and how to thrive as a leader in business.
Her talks include key messages about the importance of self-knowledge, unconditional positive regard, dropping judgments, self-compassion, accountability, connection and helps people access the freedom to achieve their purpose and potential.
She is also the proud Co-Founder of The Growth Project, a charity that “helps those who help”. TGP match leaders of emerging charities with business leaders and together they partake in a 10-month transformational leadership journey. Their goal is to blur the lines between the for profit and non-profit sectors so that all organizations work together for the greater good.
