As a Partner (Director) of Digital Consulting at KPMG South Africa, I lead the growth of the CIO Advisory and Procurement Consulting service line, guiding organizations through their business transformation in the digital age.
My responsibilities include Cloud Transformation, Technology Business Management (TBM), Cloud Cost Management (FinOps), IT Operating Models, Software Asset Management, and Data Management and Analytics. This extends to managing and collaborating with KPMG’s Global Partners, including Microsoft, Google, IBM, SAS, Coupa, and Wipro, to deliver mutually beneficial solutions to clients.
I have excelled in various technology delivery and consulting roles throughout my career, gaining insights and experience from organizations like Standard Bank, Microsoft, and KPMG. This background has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise necessary to navigate the complexities of business transformation and drive successful digital initiatives – and has created a foundation for a proven delivery track record.
In addition, I focus on a people-first leadership philosophy which I practice as the People Partner for the Emerging Technology team. I oversee HR-related activities for 110 staff members by fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
