A passionate HR professional and certified Consciousness Coach with over 20 years’ experience (15 at executive level) in financial services (insurance and banking). I hold a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology (UNISA), an ICF-accredited Coaching qualification and a post-graduate diploma in Business Management (Wits). My experience spans the entire HR value-chain, and I have partnered with several Business Executive teams to deliver on the business strategy through unlocking the potential of the human capital. My passion lies in authentic leadership development (turning good managers into amazing servant leaders) and I love working with youth and young adults – because it is never too early to discover, build and nurture those leadership qualities!
