Give me a strategy, a blank page, or a complex problem, and I’ll turn it into a clear plan, a compelling story, and measurable action. I’m a natural translator of ideas – connecting dots, curating information, organising complexity, and bringing vision to life through creativity, structure, and execution.
With more than 30 years’ experience across corporate and financial services environments, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity and human insight. I don’t believe marketing is about noise or short-term wins; I believe it is a powerful lever for organisational clarity, cultural alignment, and long-term relevance.
My focus is on building brands and narratives that are not only compelling, but future fit. I specialise in translating complexity into clear, meaningful stories – stories that resonate with people, strengthen trust, and move organisations forward in a rapidly changing world. Whether shaping brands, thought leadership, product positioning or internal culture narratives, I approach communication as a strategic system.
Over the course of my career, my work has been recognised through industry awards and international publication. I have built deep expertise across media, corporate communication, and branding and reputation management, always guided by strategic intent and creative courage. My early grounding in journalism and parliamentary communication instilled a respect for language, truth, and context.
In addition to my role in marketing and communication, I am a qualified colour therapist. I understand colour as a universal, non-verbal language and apply this insight to branding, marketing, and leadership coaching. This lens allows me to work beyond what is said, into how meaning is felt – adding a distinctive, future-facing dimension to my strategic approach.
I am deeply passionate about personal development and believe that self-awareness is the foundation of strong leadership and innovative thinking.
My work is guided by five core values:
• Beauty – Elegance in ideas, design, and expression
• Creativity – Original thinking that challenges convention
• Passion – Energy, purpose, and commitment
• Excellence – Strategic rigour and high standards
• Open-mindedness – Curiosity, learning, and perspective
As a marketing and communication leader, I continue to shape how organisations tell their stories, engage their people, and position themselves not just for today – but for what’s coming next.
