From a very young age I was fascinated by people, what makes them tick and how one could enable them realize their true calling/purpose. My HR journey spans over 20 years and have been privileged to develop, enhance and turn HR into value-adding function in several milieus. Throughout this journey, I was privileged to gain extensive HR generalist, talent development, transformation, ER skills. Also privileged that my journey also includes extensive exposure and experience in managing corporate affairs (corporate communications. Stakeholder engagements) and community investment programs.
I have led all major consultations and negotiations with trade unions, including restructuring, wage negotiations and conflict resolution.
I am Goal driven and passionate about transformation and people development.
