As the CEO of BridgingAndAssociates, I lead a specialist practice that offers customized fit-for-future capability programs, co-designed with our clients, to ensure the delivery of their long-term strategic vision. With over 25 years of experience in various industries, roles, and functional areas, I have developed a broad and deep skill set in manufacturing process improvement, new business development, key account management, project management, integration and change management, and strategy formulation and execution.
My life purpose is to uncover my authentic self and guide others to do the same. I am a driver and a visionary, with a natural dominance and a readiness to take charge of situations. I am resilient, courageous, and quick to weigh up the possibilities and make decisions. I think big picture and translate it into well-defined action plans. I make a positive change in the lives of others by building their capability and fostering their engagement. I also sit on boards of non-profit organizations, where I help drive the commitment to giving back to society. My academic learning as a Ph.D. in Business Leadership gave me the ability to conceptualize and find innovative solutions with long-term value.
