I connect strategy, product, market adoption and regulation into something that actually works.

Most strategies don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail in the gap between what is designed, what the market needs, and what can realistically be executed. That’s where I work. Through Business Growth Hacking (BGH), I partner with executives to move from concept to commercial reality. While much of my work sits within fintech, payments and digital identity, the core capability is transferable. The same principles apply across industries: aligning product, market demand, operational execution and the environments they operate in.

My background spans sales, product feasibility, business analysis and commercialisation. Regulation was the final layer that connected it all, not as a constraint, but as part of the system that determines whether something will land, scale and sustain. I have worked across financial institutions, fintechs and regulatory environments, including contributing as a Subject Matter Expert to the South African Reserve Bank on Digital Financial Identity as part of the Payment Ecosystem Modernisation Programme. BGH is built on a simple principle: if we do our job properly, you shouldn’t need us for the same problem twice. The focus is always to embed knowledge, strengthen capability and leave teams in control of their own growth. I share perspectives on execution, adoption, and building businesses that work in the real world.
