Dionne Kerr left the banking industry in 1998 and started her career in consulting. With more than 24 years experience in this area, Dionne serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Siyakha, a management consulting firm. She has actively advised companies on issues around development of their African operations, Black Economic Empowerment, Localisation, Integrated Reporting, ESG, Mine Closure, Just Transition, Social Impact, Diversity and Inclusion, Job Creation Programmes and Organisational Development.
Dionne is a regular public speaker, as well as contributing to media interviews in her discipline. She has developed strategies for South African, global and Public Sector organizations across several industries and has worked with trade missions all over the world to educate and address the issues around investment and operating in the South African market.
