With more than 18 years of hands-on experience in HR management, both in South Africa and internationally, I have developed a strong expertise in industrial relations, performance management, organizational design, change management, and talent development. I have successfully led and implemented several HR transformation initiatives, resulting in improved employee engagement, productivity, and retention. I am also a Chartered HR Professional, a Certified Change Practitioner, and a Member of the Institute of People Management.
