Over 20 years in the public sector (national, provincial and municipalities & SOEs Strategy, delivery, advisory, Tender & Procurement adjudication, Business Transformation Delivery (Integration, Value Chain, BPR, Process Alignment and Governance structures. Change Management experience in Organisational change, OD, Branding, Training, Work Study, Union engagements, Awareness Campaigns, Facilitations, Team Development) and ICT Governance.
Spent 2 years on a tender committee to ensure compliance and recommend and approve procurement spend. Negotiated Business Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Outsourcing Agreements between the PPP sectors respectively.

Developed and implemented Government based Best Practice, ICT policies, regulations and Strategy over the last 15years. Facilitated internship and skills development in ICT for graduates and PDI’s. Participate in the IDC, ITWEB, SMEXA, ICITP and Forge Ahead Public Sector as Thought Leader.

Driving the Government Transformation, Strategy and Delivery Agenda to make Smart Government, Economic , Service and Citizen Transformation a reality. Achieved the Integration of the Eastern Cape Provincial Government ICT functions into SITA.
Awarded the first Chartered CIO Certification in the country. ICT Advisor for the Department of Employment and Labor. Interim Chairperson : ICT Steering Committee Department of Justice
