Keeping an open mind and respecting other people’s way of thinking has enabled me to enjoy a great measure of success. I don’t always assume that my solutions are the best; on the contrary I let my stakeholders express their ideas freely and assess them based on merit.
Procurement and Supply Chain Management is my area of specialty and it forms an important role for any organization. More than two thirds of revenue can be spent on procurement of company’s products or services. As a result, I strive to make a real difference by contributing directly to the bottom line and maximizing revenue.

I have developed and implemented best fit leading practices such as Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier and Enterprise developmentvand e-sourcing tools. I have also facilitated and managed one of the most effective SOE training intervention called Strategic Sourcing Bootcamps which were an intense learning experience for Supply Chain Management professionals which was designed to challenge SOE’s most talented staff, under extreme conditions, ensuring that they are equipped with the most up to date tools and techniques to generate the best deals for State Owned Enterprises.
