As a Snr Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS). I work with customers as an advisor to serve as a key member of the program team helping to ensure success in delivering against key initiatives of their IT strategy. I create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem, design, describe, and manage teams that deliver against IT strategy and Enterprise Architectures. In many ways, I focus on building the bridge between a business problem and the technology solution.
Prior to AWS, I has spent most of his career working for financial services customers in South Africa responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that address specific business needs and drive value. With a deep understanding of various technologies, solution architects, I work closely with key stakeholders and IT professionals to create a cohesive and efficient system that meets the needs of the business
I am also part of the IT Security focus area as a specialty, advising on security and governance. I work at deepening my knowledge with Identities and Authorization fields to be a SME back to my customers that look to improve their security posture.
