Bio – Mabothe Mojapelo
Mabothe is the Founder of Harris & Jane Consulting, a people advisory firm providing progressive, practical and integrity-led solutions to organisations. She is an accomplished people and culture executive with experience spanning human resources strategy, talent management, organisational development, leadership development and business transformation. Her career includes professional experience in the United Kingdom, which broadened her perspective on talent, workplace culture and organisational practices across different contexts. Having held senior executive and board-level roles, Mabothe brings a strong commercial lens to people-related challenges. She is currently completing her MBA at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria. Through her consulting, speaking and leadership work, she advocates for courageous, human-centred leadership and supports organisations in translating people strategies into meaningful and sustainable business outcomes.
