An experienced, self motivated professional with over 25 years’ experience in the field of People and Culture across multiple industries, in South Africa and internationally, most recently as Group Head : People and Culture at EOH. With a business masters in Change Management and Transformation Malisha has spent over 16 years in mining operations across Africa and South America.
With a passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging partnered with a focus on equitable, performance driven work cultures ,Malisha believes in driving change in organisations whereby all people can thrive. “I have a high need to serve and make a difference in all areas of life and am invested in mentoring young people. I want people to know they matter and, most importantly, to understand that you can be anything you choose to be. As much as it may be challenging, it is equally, if not more so, rewarding.”
