Background

Experienced banker with a passion for client centricity, intra/entrepreneurship and people development. My purpose is to provide leadership in my environment through application of management strategies and providing opportunity for excellence to those around me. I have experience in different sectors of banking including customer experience strategy, measurement and culture, cash management/transactional banking product development and sales, credit analysis and management and relationship management. I have travelled to over 22 African countries building relationships with and providing banking services to financial institutions in these countries.

I am an experienced coach and motivation expert. I use individual and team motivation maps to coach and mentor individuals who have the desire to grow despite and inspite of their circumstances. I am especially passionate about the youth as the future of any generation and combine personal development with business coaching.

The stories of our children, told and untold, will determine how successful we were as a generation – Mumbi Odame.
