I have vast experience in Customer Experience mapping, Product development, management, as well as in IT and analytics. I’ve been working on sophisticated strategic deliverables, driving the implementation of planned initiatives which have and continue to move the needle for the various portfolios I’ve managed, leading the business from net losses to net positive operating profits. I drive the Customer Experience strategy for customers who are new to banking. I infuse insights regarding their context to empower customers on how to best derive value from financial solutions to improve their lives. The biggest outcome from the journey we go on with the customer is building a good relationship and gaining trust as their financial partner. It’s easier to encourage a friend, because they trust that you have their best interests at heart and I consider the customer a valued friend.
