I’m Philip Hanly, the Customer Success Director at New Leaf Technologies. Education has always been a big part of my life—both of my parents were teachers, and growing up, I was constantly surrounded by the value of learning. This passion eventually led me to the eLearning space in 2017, where I began my journey developing content for clients. Over time, I transitioned into Customer Success, where I now help businesses make the most of their learning solutions.

At New Leaf Technologies, we provide end-to-end eLearning solutions that cater to every aspect of an organisation’s training needs. From consultation and custom content development to learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP), we ensure that businesses are equipped with the tools they need to engage their teams and enhance performance. We also focus on reporting and analytics, making sure that the learning experiences we create lead to real, measurable outcomes.

My expertise lies in connecting all these dots—from content creation and delivery to using data to drive results. I’ll be speaking on the importance of data analytics in learning because I believe that tracking and analysing learner performance is crucial in making informed decisions that truly impact growth. It’s about more than just training—it’s about creating strategies that lead to measurable success.
