I am going to lay it out honestly – I am a tad unusual…unconventional and quite out-of-the-box, dynamic yet positively progressive in my approach to life and work. Let me tell you a little more..What is Important to me? Purpose. I live and work to fulfil a core purpose – that purpose being to help people, to support and empower them in becoming more powerful, proficient & efficient! To get them to unleash their full potential and become truly transcendent. The ripple effect of which translates to a benefit in their jobs & personal lives. Having worked in large corporates for the past 20+ years, I can, without a doubt confirm that this applies 100% to all performance, productivity & efficiency efforts. I have been polishing and applying these skills for more than 2 decades and therefore have an assortment of competencies, and a wide range from which I operate – my toolbox is pretty full of fantastic transformational stuff (all of which are based on sound knowledge). My super-power is “Transformation” – Helping people and businesses transform for the better. Whilst I am very excited about the Digital revolution, I am even more excited to ensure that the human component doesn’t lag behind. I am truly passionate about alot of cool things, but the thing that really gets me mind-bogglingly enthusiastic (is that a word) is anything and everything to do with human behaviour & “success achievement” – in both a personal and work context. I am 100% committed when it comes to human behavioural modification, engagement, re-programming, change management, learning & development, continuous improvement, applying super creative and innovative solutions to real problems, driving impact and having the ability to contiously adapt to landscape changes & requirements – It’s all about transcending & being ready for the future!
