I am a learning innovator and leadership architect who is passionate about enabling people to be the best version of themselves to realise business value and achieve organisational strategy. In my Group role as Head of Leadership Effectiveness for the Standard Bank Group, we were awarded the EFMD Excellence in Practice Gold Award for Executive Development in 2020. In 2022, the Brandon Hall Group awarded us the Gold Award for Best Advancement in Leadership Development.
In my roles at Standard Bank Group I developed the learning strategy for the group wide implementation of a new performance management philosophy; led the activation of the chosen Learning Experience Platform and developed a Group wide metric for Leadership Effectiveness.
I have also led the initial group wide project on team archetypes that would be most effective in a platform business model.
I have either travelled or would still like to travel to many countries and cities like England, Australia, New Zealand, UK (United Kingdom), Ireland, United Arab Emirates
