As an HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) registered Psychometrist, I am an experienced HR professional with 14 years of extensive experience across various industries- 11 of which were in a leadership capacity. I hold both a Psychology Degree and an Honours Psychology Degree from the University of Johannesburg and University of South Africa respectively. Moreover, I am an accredited facilitator.
I am skilled in the designing of robust talent management strategies as well as performance management approaches to suit an agile and segmented workforce. Moreover, my expertise spans to include competency framework development, culture shaping am impact initiatives, psychometric assessments and job architecture. In addition to creating and leading Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) functions across the South African and African landscapes.
I am an advocate for innovation and change, a thought leader and lover of learning. I am passionate about leadership coaching and have completed master’s qualification within the discipline through the University of Johannesburg.
