A business executive with joint experience in Supply Chain, Human Capital and Business Operations. Currently serving as the Director for Global Business Services and Human Resources for BASF Market Area Africa. In this role my responsibilities include aligning HR strategies and operational functions to support business growth, boost organisational resilience and deliver exceptional services that create value for BASF across Market Area Africa.
Prior to my current role, I held various positions in Supply Chain from which my expertise in management and process optimisation can be attributed to. These multiple disciplinary roles have been instrumental to the skills I now possess to integrate HR and Service functions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and drive positive change through technology-driven solutions and strategic expansion to foster a high-performance culture.
