Background

Yugeshree Frylinck is the CEO of The CX Group and was a chapter lead for the CXPA. She founded The CX Group almost a decade ago after building her corporate career for 18 years in the customer experience field. She specialises in customizing customer experience designs into the real world, shifting CX maturity levels through operationalising a relevant customer experience framework within organisations, this, in turn, ensures continuous improvement and innovation aligned to individual customers’ needs.

Yugeshree has helped organisations achieve their customer experience objectives which culminated in innovative led growth for companies across several industries. Her knowledge has allowed her to build and work with the best of breed CX Tech solutions that support the end to end of customer experience. She continues to work with brands such as Mukuru, Walmart, Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Ford Motors, Adapt IT, and Government Health and Education.

She is a keynote speaker, and adjudicator at global CX Summits and Events and continues to coach and provide thought leadership to the CX Industry.
