Pieter has over 20 years’ experience in delivering risk, assurance and advisory services (e.g. internal audit, fraud and risk management) to a variety of large and smaller South African and international public and private organizations. Pieter is a Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) and the newly appointed General Manager for Advisory, Centre of Excellence and Project Assurance at his current employer. As a former council member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia, ACT Chapter and current member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Pieter is well aware of the latest professional standards and global thought leadership.
