Embracing New Learning Frontiers

Because organisations are constantly having to adapt to changing environments in order to thrive, it is important to create a true learning organisation with a focus on agile employee development. My daily objective is to partner with organisations to create immersive learning journeys that enable them to train smarter, learn better and incorporate symbiotic technology into all learning solutions

For more than two decades I have assisted clients in building world class learning solutions; gaining extensive knowledge of new methods and new technologies that may be applied successfully into any work environment. In my current role as Head of Learning at IQbusiness, I am therefore able to offer deep and progressive experience in a wide range of learning and development strategies that contribute to successful learning environments.
The foundation of my extensive background was laid with learning roles at Siemens and IBM, roles that prepared me for my senior Learning position at PwC where I was responsible for the entire people value chain for the telecommunications, information, communication and the entertainment industry.

Truly partnering is essential to help individuals think differently. Challenging and coaching to attain the seemingly unattainable is what motivates me to continuously shift the goal posts in this ever evolving industry.
