I work where user behaviour, product strategy, and business outcomes collide.
With over a decade of experience across local and global organisations, I’ve led digital product and experience work from early-stage problem definition through to execution and optimisation. My focus is on shaping the right problems, aligning teams around clear success metrics, and designing solutions grounded in behavioural insight—not assumption.
I’ve led initiatives spanning digital sales strategy, experimentation, and experience design, using behavioural economics and hypothesis-led testing to influence engagement and conversion. I’m often brought in when challenges are complex or ill-defined; bringing structure to ambiguity, sharpening strategic thinking and translating user insight into clear – actionable direction.
Beyond product work, I’m also trusted to lead the room. I moderate panel discussions, facilitate fireside conversations and MC events; bringing structure, flow and energy to conversations so ideas land, audiences stay engaged and discussions actually move forward.
