At the JSE my key focus is to lead and direct a diverse team of professionals to new levels of success by developing and delivering operational efficiencies and innovations to improve the overall client experience, using a combination of process and technology solutions and tools. Proven ability to contribute to a company at both operational and strategic level when delivering people, client, and operational management strategies. Adept at service, operations, relationship and stakeholder management, employee engagement, change and business transformation. I am an initiative-taking, change-enabler and have a passion for Service Excellence. A multi-disciplined enlightened leader and have utilised my broad understanding of management, organizational and human behavior to mobilize and enable high performing teams.
