I am a certified behavioural economist, interactive product design lead, and a certified human-centred practitioner. I create human experiences in a digital world. I am an innovator who obsesses over how a customer’s experience connects with a brand, its products and their clients both internal and external.
I have emerged myself into CX data modelling, design, and artificial intelligence. I’m an advisory and design consultant within the top 100 companies in South Africa. I sat on the Customer Experience interim governance board of South Africa and was nominated to sit on the CXSA board, a speaker at the Customer Council SA, a key note speaker and a mentor and coach.
I have been nominated women of Influence in the banking sector and have been featured in a digital and technology magazines, interviewed throughout South Africa, and internationally as being identified as a design thinker in the African continent. I construct digital experiences, employee experiences, customer experiences, and patient experiences in a mainframe that we call life.
