As the Head of Learning at Absa Group, I am responsible for driving the learning and development strategy and alignment across the organization, with a focus on talent management, leadership development, performance improvement, and global innovation. I have over 20 years of experience in the learning and development field, working with diverse teams and stakeholders in the US, Europe, and Africa.
My mission is to enable and empower the Absa workforce to achieve excellence and growth through best practice re-engineering, e-learning solutions, technology and innovation, and organizational development. I am passionate about implementing benchmarked learning maturity models, enhancing employee engagement and retention, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. I hold a Master’s in Business Leadership, an honours in Industrial Psychology, A senior Leadership Development associate degree, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and multiple international certifications in teaching and training.
