I am a passionate entrepreneur and social innovator dedicated to transforming social systems and facilitating others’ genius.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with communities, non-profits, and multinational companies across 20 countries, addressing complex questions and challenges. Throughout my journey, the belief that the key to success lies in understanding and empowering people, mindsets and behaviours has been a critical driving force in my work. This ideology inspired me to establish GWork.io, a venture in the HR tech industry focusing on data-led behaviour change and culture improvement. We aim to enhance employee behaviours and habits, improving productivity, culture, and revenue growth.

I got my Master’s degree in Leading Innovation and Change, specialising in Complexity Leadership, and gained a deep understanding of human beings and the systems they operate in. To further enrich my knowledge, I’ve spent the past 12 years studying Psychoanalysis, exploring the intricate dynamics of human behaviour.

As a global speaker and writer, I have the privilege of sharing insights on Employee Experience, Behavioral Design, the Future of Work and Social Systems Design. In 2009, I was recognised as one of the Mail and Guardian’s Most Interesting Young South Africans. In 2012, I was selected as one of the Evolutionary Leaders by The Source of Synergy Foundation.

I am passionate about creating social processes that enable transformative change, challenging the existing norms within businesses and communities. I aspire to drive systemic change and positively impact through innovative approaches.
