Background

With almost a decade in the digital industry, I have had the opportunity to work in almost all areas of the Social Media Scope; from content creation to paid media. I have had the privilege to work on some of South Africa’s biggest brands, in multiple industries. I enjoy client-facing positions, where we work hand in hand to reach marketing goals in order to reach the brand’s full potential. Social Media creates opportunities for brands to interact with their consumers in order to obtain valuable feedback that can be utilised to improve and build the brand’s reputation and presence within the market. My favourite aspect of Social Media is that it ‘humanises’ brands, making the brand more approachable and trustworthy.
