Former People Wellness Executive for SilverBridge, an IT company that offers various technology solutions to the financial services industry. My role is to promote the happiness and general wellness of all employees, to ensure a well-functioning, conducive work environment and to promote diversity in the broad sense. Previous work experience has included consultation in both human resources and organisational development. I am passionate about the work I do and as an Industrial Psychologist, the development and wellness of individuals, teams, leadership and the organisation is always at the core of what I do.
