Measuring customer and brand experience is about delivering against customer needs, but this goes beyond flat brand equity metrics. Depth and breadth of survey data can only be applied in business with the right level of intuition and the understanding of human psyche. Numbers are numbers, but what businesses need to do with them is key. This is where my area of expertise plays the greatest role. I go beyond data to inspire change.
