I’m an independent Blended Learning Practitioner and HRM/Learning & Development Strategist with over 24 years’​ industry experience in the fields of global talent management and -development.

I conceptualise, design, develop, facilitate, assess, evaluate & deliver meaningful & immersive blended learning experiences & optimal learning solutions.

I was an Accredited Trusted Trainer, evaluated and issued by Course Conductor.

I specialize in the delivery of management/leadership; (Strategic) Human Resources Management; (Strategic) Learning & Development; business communication & soft skills training programs. I have facilitated in-house training programs for over 206 companies in multiple/cross-industries, in both the public & private sectors, in 45 countries. I’ve also facilitated public training programs for over 80 reputable S.A & international training & conference/events companies.

I have a PhD degree (Business Management). I’ve previously completed MBA (cum laude); B.A (Honours) (cum laude) in HRD and B.A (Communication) degrees.
