With 12 years of extensive HR consulting, business partnering, and generalist experience, I am highly competent in engaging in the multiple disciplines of HR which includes change management, talent management, organisational design, project management, HR analysis, learning & development, recruitment, HRIS, payroll, policy & procedures, labour relations, remuneration & benefits, and HR strategy. I have experience in providing timely and up-to-date HR advice to both management and employees while simultaneously ensuring both employee’s and employer’s interests are best represented.
