In my current role, I conceptualise, enable, and facilitate the development, review and institutionalisation of best in class People strategies at BlueSky. My portfolio actively seeks to amplify and enhance the organisations competitiveness, efficiency and effectiveness through its people. I serve as a consultative strategic partner to the CEO and the broader executive leadership team. My remit spans organisational design, culture, employee experience, organisational transformation, talent management and tactical delivery.

In my previous roles I have covered the full gamut of business transformation, organisational design, organisational change management and human capital (transactional, tactical and strategic) enablement. I actively drive efficiency and impact by taking an agile “pro-digital” stance, using technology to augment the impact and value creation of my portfolio.

So far, my journey has been a natural progression between clear and intentional adjacencies in my career.
